Kabul: Suicide bombing claims 7 lives

Kabul, May 18: Nato convoy in the Afghan capital was the latest target of terrorism here. A suicide car bopmber detonated explosives here on Tuesday, May 18 killing at least seven and injuring 30 others.

As per reports, the terror strike was targeted at US vehicles and Afghan government officials as the blast site is surrounded by Afghan parliament and government buildings.

Authorities have revealed that the suicide bomber is suspected to have been driving a car laden with explosives before trigering off the blast at Darulaman crossroads.

Most of those killed in the attack are belived to be civilians. However, there are no confirmed reports on this.

Despite the tight security measures, the fortified capital, Kabul, continues to be targeted by Taliban terror strikes.
