Will go through SC judgment on narco test: Moily

New Delhi, May 5: Reacting cautiously to the Supreme Court's decision on narco analysis test, the government said that the it would have to abide the judgment.

"Judiciary has given a judgment. We need to go through it...it is too early to react on that (judgment)," law minister M Veerappa Moily told reporters in New Delhi.

The law minister said narco-analysis has been 'agitating' in the mind of the jurists and the judiciary and the subject has been issue of national debate.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday, May 5, declared narco-analysis, brain-mapping and polygraph tests on suspects as illegal and unconsitutional.
