Hillary says she plans to serve as Secretary of State for a full term
Washington, May 3 (ANI): Putting an end to the latest round of questions about her future, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that she plans to serve as the nation's top diplomat for at least a full term and has never been interested in serving on the Supreme Court.
The tough travel schedule of her current job is reportedly posing burnout problems for Clinton.
Asked on NBC's "Meet the Press" if she will serve a four-year term as Secretary of State, Clinton said: "I intend to, yeah.
"But, I mean, you know, people have been asking me this, and in, in the interest of full disclosure, it is an exhausting job. But I enjoy it, I have a great time doing it."
The Daily News quoted Clinton as saying that she is not interested in serving on the Supreme Court.
She added that she is confident President Barack Obama will pick someone "who can really try to shift the direction of the current court.
"I do not and have never wanted to be a judge, ever. I mean, that has never been anything that I even let cross my mind because it's just not my personality." (ANI)
