Tata Motors may enter Egypt with Nano plant

Mumbai, Dec 17: Nano continues to take Tata Motors to new heights as Egypt has now invited the company to built a Nano plant in the country.

According to sources, the African country, which is keen on making space for the world's cheapest car for sales in domestic markets as well as overseas, is awaiting consent from the Indian automobile major.

Tata Motors has revealed its plans of foraying into the overseas markets such as Europe, Africa and America. However, the company stressed that it would refrain from stepping out of the country until domestic demands are met.
