Somnath temple, Bollywood stars and Shiv Sena leaders LeT targets, says FBI

Washington, Dec 15 (ANI): The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has revealed in its latest report that the famous Somnath temple in Gujarat, Bollywood stars and leaders of the Shiv Sena party in Mumbai are prime targets of the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT).

The LeT reportedly decided on the plot along with two Chicago- based Pakistani origin residents and had made necessary arrangements to carry out the attacks.

The FBI brought attention to the targets in the postscript of a charge sheet against Tahawwur Rana, the Pakistani-Canadian based terror suspect whose bail plea hearing is to be heard today in a Chicago court.

Previously, the FBI had hinted that the New Delhi- based National Defence College could also be a target of the LeT. (ANI)
