When Eliot Spitzer got a bit too close to Miss Universe 2009

New York, December 9 (ANI): Eliot Spitzer, who was forced to resign as New York Governor over his involvement in a prostitution scandal, was said to have got a little too close to Miss Universe Stefania Fernandez at a bash.

The 50-year-old arrived at the Christie's launch for pal Herb Nass' book, "The 101 Biggest Estate Planning Mistakes," with his wife Silda.

The ex Governor was seen chatting with the 19-year-old Venezuelan-born beauty when cameras started zooming in, reports the New York Post.

It was then when Silda came and whisked her better half away before anyone could get a frame.

She was later spotted chatting with the 2009 title holder about her Children for Children charity. (ANI)
