Hijab clad Brit Muslim woman branded terrorist by Christian hotel owner

London, Dec.9 (ANI): A Christian hotel owner asked a Brit Muslim woman because she was wearing a hijab.

Ericka Tazi, 60, said she faced a tirade of abuse from Benjamin Vogelenzang and his wife Sharon.

According to the Daily Star, she told Liverpool magistrates that he shouted: "Are you a terrorist? Are you a murderer like Mohammed?"

Tazi, from Warrington, Cheshire, added: "I came down to breakfast and soon as Mr Vogelenzang saw me he began waving his arms frantically and shouted: 'Why are you wearing those clothes? Don't you know they represent oppression and bondage?'"

Churchgoers Vogelenzang, 53, and his wife, 54, deny a racially aggravated hate crime at their hotel in Aintree, Liverpool. (ANI)
