Osama has fled Pakistan into Afghanistan: Taliban warlords
London, Dec 7(ANI): Taliban warlords have claimed that Al-Qaida chief Osama Bin Laden has fled Pakistan into Afghanistan, as the former stepped up its military campaign on its lawless border area.
Supporting his claim, Qari Hussain, wanted for training suicide bombers, said that he had met Osama in Quetta near the Afghan border.
"He recently left for Afghanistan. The military operation left him with no choice," The Sun quoted Hussain, as saying.
Another Taliban warlord, Shamim Mehsud, who has been holed up in Pakistan, also supported Hussain's claim.
The comment follows U.S. Defence Secretary Robert Gates' statement that United States has not received proper information on Osama's location for years. (ANI)
