HCL crowned Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise
Chennai, Nov 11: HCL Technologies Ltd was crowned the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) in India for 2009 for its efforts in maximizing Enterprise Intellectual Capital during a special awards ceremony at the Confederation of Indian Industry's 'KM India 2009" Conference here.
The winners were selected by a panel of Indian-based Fortune 500 senior executives and internationally recognized knowledge management or intellectual capital experts.
The panel assessed the firms in the fray based on eight key knowledge performance dimensions. They were rated broadly on visible drivers of competitive advantage and intellectual capital growth.
The assessment was broken down to factors such as enterprise knowledge-driven culture, developing knowledge workers through management leadership, innovation, creating collaborative knowledge sharing environment, delivering value-based customer or stakeholder knowledge, and transforming enterprise knowledge into shareholder or stakeholder value.
