Brit millionaire boss told female employee 'to work more and wear less'

London, Nov 11 (ANI): A Canadian blonde financier was allegedly told by her employer, the multi-millionaire founder of a Mayfair investment firm, that she "needed to work more and dress less".

Jordan Wimmer, 29, a former marketing executive at Nomos Capital, who alleges sexual harassment, accused her now ex-boss Mark Lowe of making fun of her even while she was making millions of money for the company, reports The Telegraph.

She said he made the comment "in front of me and all of a group I had raised money for. I don't consider that a joke", a tribunal heard.It's not a tease. If I was a man he would not have said that to me," she said.immer claimed that Lowe, 59, also told her he loved Asian women because of "how exotic they look".

She claimed that he described his "lust" for his Malaysian girlfriend.

He told Wimmer that she was "too commercial looking" because of her blonde hair and blue eyes, the Central London Employment Tribunal heard.

"I think it was extraordinarily inappropriate and demeaning when your boss is only talking to you about teenage love and lust stories about his Malaysian girlfriend," she said.

Wimmer added that her ex-boss's sexual harassment had driven her to "a cocktail of medication" and the brink of suicide.

She was suicidal before quitting her 600,000-pound job in February, the panel heard. She is suing for 4million pounds.
