2 accused in Muthoot murder surrender before court
Tirunelveli, Sep 8: Two persons accused and wanted in connection with the murder of Kerala-based businessman Paul Muthoot George, surrendered before a court on Tuesday, Sep 8.
Om Prakash and Puthenpalam Rajesh surrendered before judicial magistrate S Selvam in judicial custody till September 11.
Selvam ordered that they would remain in judicial custody till Friday, Sep 11 and produced before Pattanamthitta magistrate court, Kerala on Saturday, Sep12.
The two had accompanied George, the day he was murdered by a gang in Alappuzha in the early morning on Saturday, Aug 22.
George was the executive director of the Kerala-based Muthoot M George Group.
