Brit filling clerk fired for having sex with security officer - in court!

London, Aug 27 (ANI): A filing clerk has been sacked from her job after she was caught having a sex romp with a security officer in court.

Jodie Frankcom, 28, was seen giggling as she emerged with a hunky security guard after cases ended for the day, but the incident has left a fellow court worker, who reported the pair to superiors, disgusted.

"I was disgusted," the Sun quoted her as saying.

"I believed they had been having sex in the courtroom itself," she said.

Frankcom was hauled before a disciplinary hearing, where she pleaded guilty to the romp at the youth court in Bath, Somerset, and was sacked on the spot.

Her lover Nick Caffrey, in his 30s, kept his job with private security contractor Mitie, but was switched to guarding one of the spa city's top tourist attractions, its famous pump room.

Caffrey admitted on August 25 to having a fling with court secretary Frankcom, but denied either of them got their briefs down at work.

"I don't know why she told bosses we had a sexual encounter in there. It's completely untrue. We'd split up by then," he said.

Frankcom refused to comment as a spokesman for HM Courts Service confirmed a "member of staff" had been dismissed.

"We'll sort it out as a family," her dad added. (ANI)
