Scottish cops list Jedi as their official religion!

London, April 17 (ANI): Strathclycde Police in Scotland, have listed eight officers, who follow Star Wars' Jedi religion as their official faith.

A Jane's Police Review had been carried out to see how many Brit employees followed the religion created by George Lucas for the series.

And editor Chris Herbert, who requested the information, revealed officers and two civilian staff at Strathclyde were the only ones to confirm their conviction towards Jedi.

"The Force appears to be strong in Strathclyde Police with their Jedi police officers and staff," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

"Far from living a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, some members of the noble Jedi order have now chosen Glasgow and its surrounding streets as their home," he added.

A Strathclyde Police spokeswoman said: "At the time of the request, 10 (eight police officers and two police staff) had recorded their religion as Jedi." (ANI)
