US, Britain condemns Lahore police training camp terror attack
Washington /London, Mar.31 (ANI): Monday's terror attack on the police training camp in Lahore has been strongly condemned by the United States and Britain both.
Addressing a daily briefing, US State Department spokesman Gordon Duguid termed the terror strike as an attack on Pakistan's institution.
Duguid said Washington is ready to offer all support and assistance to Pakistan.
British Foreign Secretary David Miliband also expressed concern over the deteriorating law and order condition of Pakistan.
"The attack is yet another reminder of the threat that Pakistan faces from violent extremism," The Daily Times quoted Miliband, as saying.
In his statement, Duguid asked the international community to help Pakistan counter extremism which is now on root to engulf the whole country.
"It is a threat that the international community must help Pakistan to tackle, in the interests both of Pakistan's people and of wider stability," he added. (ANI)
