Bomb blast in Guwahati, 1 killed
Guwahati, Mar 31: Atleast 9 people are injured and 1 person killed in a blast near Jyoti Kuchi in Guwahati of Assam. India's External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee was scheduled to attend an election rally in Jyoti Kuchi on Tuesday, Mar 31.
Intelligence Bureau sources suggest that the attacks are likely ahead of ULFA (United Liberation Front of Assam) day. Union Home Minister P Chidambaram was also due to arrive in Guwahati. Pranab Mukherjee who is contesting from
