Pak SC returns Sharif brothers' disqualification review petitions
Islamabad, Mar.20 (ANI): The Pakistan Supreme Court's Registrar Office has returned the review petition of the Sharif brothers' disqualification case saying that it lacked the necessary documents.
According to sources, the review petition did not included the security bonds of the petitioners and the paper book on the cases.
The Attorney General of Pakistan, Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa, had filed four petitions in the apex court on Thursday challenging its verdict to disqualify Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif from contesting elections.
A Law Ministry official, however, said: "The objections were not serious in nature and the appeals would be filed again after attaching the security bonds." (ANI)
