Eunuchs converge to attend a seminar in Agra

Agra, Mar 20 (ANI): Around 5000 eunuchs from all over the country are expected to take part in a seminar organised in Agra.

"We have come here to attend the seminar from all over the country. Some people give us Rs 500, Rs 200 and some Rs 100. With that money, we are feeding ourselves. We pray for those people to get peace in their lives," said Badami Hazi, another eunuch.

A number of eunuchs, who took paid a visit to the Taj Mahal, were overwhelmed by the beauty of the monument.

They prayed for love and compassion to spread among humanity.

"I am feeling very nice and happy to see the Taj Mahal. In our country, we hope more love and happiness to spread around," said Ramdai Bharadwaj, a eunuch.

The seminar, which is held annually, will culminate on March 26. (ANI)
