David Arquette 'tight-lipped' over mystery surgery

Washington, Feb 20 (ANI): David Arquette has declined to reveal details of a mystery operation, which has left him with a black eye.

The Scream star, who is married to former Friends actress Courteney Cox, has confirmed that he has undergone surgery but refused to confirm any further details.

The procedure left him with heavy bruising around one eye - but the actor has dismissed reports that he has had cosmetic surgery to his nose.

"I had a little surgery. I had something they had to remove. I should have gotten a nose job," Contactmusic quoted Arquette, as saying.

"I did find out that I have a deviated septum, so I guess if I did get a nosejob, I'd have an excuse," he added. (ANI)
