Zac Efron buys 'modest' £1m pad

London, Feb 18 (ANI): High School Musical star Zac Efron has dished out a whopping 1million pounds to buy a house of his own.

But the 21-year-old teen-icon has claimed that the house, with an infinity pool with stunning views across Los Angeles, is quite 'modest'.

"It's very modest. It's not a big house," The Mirror quoted him as saying.

He added: "It's pretty cool. A lot of my friends were like, 'Dude I want to own a house.'"

But, even after splashing a million on the property, the young star still sleeps on the floor.

"I don't have a bed. I'm on an air mattress! I've just moved in, I have no furniture. But I've got a decorator. He's kind of a friend," he said. (ANI)
