Militants blow-up NATO supply route

Peshawar, Feb 3: Suspected militants have blown up a bridge in northwestern Pakistan's Khyber Pass on Tuesday, Feb 3 cutting the main NATO supply route in Afghanistan.

Senior district official Nasir Khan said all traffic along the route was suspended.

A government official informed that the Taliban militants started attacking the crucial NATO supply route into landlocked Afghanistan last year to deprive the Western forces of fuel and other supplies trucked in from Pakistan.
