Nawaz says disqualification does not matter for him
Rawalpindi, Feb. 1 (ANI): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif has said that his disqualification was insignificant, observing that Shahbaz Sharif was disqualified once but it did not make any difference.
He said the day was not far when things would reverse in Pakistan, while talking to reporters in London on Saturday.
The News quoted Nawaz as saying that the people who sought his and Shahbaz Sharif's disqualification must look at themselves first.
Responding to a query, he said that his disqualification or that of Shahbaz Sharif had no significance, as it had earlier been done which cast no effects.
He said that the PML-N did not believe in the politics of agitation nor it wanted to launch any protest, but things should be set aright and the continuation of the Pervez Musharraf's dictatorial policies should be brought to an end.
He said that PML-N was bane of politics of protests and rallies, but it liked to follow an agenda of democracy. (ANI)
