Pakistan hopes Obama will become a 'listening partner'

Lahore, Jan. 23 (ANI): Pakistan's Ambassador to the US Hussain Haqqani has expressed hope that the Obama administration would become a 'listening partner in war on terror'.

Haqqani told the BBC that the US should understand Pakistan's difficulties before asking it to do more in the war on terror.

According to the channel, Haqqani also asked for greater recognition of Pakistan's contribution to the war against terrorism. (ANI)
