Musharraf says he has no plans to "flee" Pakistan
Lahore, Jan.13 (ANI): Former Pakistan President General. arvez Musharraf has said that he will not leave Pakistan and settle down in some other country.
"I am not one of those "who make a deal and run," the Daily Times quoted Musharraf, as saying on a private television channel.
Musharraf, who is on a visit to the United States, commenting on the recent rise in tension between India and Pakistan said that any offensive move by the Indian side will be dealt strongly by Pakistan.
"Pakistan is capable of giving a befitting reply to any Indian aggression" Musharraf said.
While trying to maintain his image of a hardcore army personal, the former President said that : "Pakistan could also ask India to hand over people wanted by it, as the Indians have asked us to do so." (ANI)
