Radico Khaitan board okays FCCB buyback
Mumbai, Jan 7: Liquor maker Radico Khaitan's board has approved the proposal to explore buyback a portion of its outstanding foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) through automatic as well as approval route, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.
The approval is subject to market conditions, availability of funds and Reserve Bank's circular dated December 6, the company said.
