Abusive graffiti leads to banning Brit man from carrying spray paint!
London, January 2 (ANI): A Brit man has been banned from carrying spray paint and felt tip pens after writing abusive comments in public about women, according to the police.
David Jell was also disallowed from showing offensive remarks or nicknames of any person publicly.
Kent Police revealed that Jell used to pen insulting comments in public lavatories "about women he randomly took a dislike to", reports the Telegraph.
It was further revealed that the of Queens Road, Hawkhurst resident "also drew the attention of his victims to rude or distressing words or images he wrote on his newspaper as he travelled on the bus."
The 49-year-old was ordered a three-year Asbo after being convicted of criminal damage and harassment between January and September 2007.Chief Inspector Russell Nyman said: "The Asbo should ensure we do not see a repeat of this type of behaviour. We do take reports of this nature very seriously." (ANI)
