Nitish condoles death of former justice

Patna, Nov 29 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today condoled the death of Sarwar Ali former acting chief justice of Patna High Court, who was also the former Lokayuktya leader.

Mr Ali breathed his last at his residence in Chhajubag here this morning.

Mr Kumar said the funeral Mr Ali would be held with full state honour.

Before leaving for Allahabad, to attend the funeral of former Prime Minister V P Singh, he issued necessary directions to the chief secretary for according state funeral to the former justice.

In his condolence message, Mr Kumar said Mr Ali was an eminent judge.
