Sexagenarian fake penis drug cheats plead guilty

Melbourne, November 26 : Two sexagenarian men have pleaded guilty to selling fake penises so that drug cheats might give clean urine samples.

Gerald Wills, 65, and Robert Catalano, 62, the president and vice president of Puck Technology, were charged last month with selling the Whizzinator penis, a lifelike device used to emit clean, realistically warm urine instead of the user's true urine.

They entered guilty pleas on Monday at a federal court in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

It was through the Internet that the duo sold the device, which came with its own heating and Yellow River urine packs.

The device was also available in several skin tones including white, tan, latino, brown, and black.

The two men, both from California, face sentencing on February 20 for conspiring to defraud the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which administers federal workplace drug testing programs.

They face up to eight years in prison and a fine of 500,000 dollars.

Puck Technology is said to have stopped operating.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the company's blurb says: "The Whizzinator is the ultimate solution for a drug testing device."

It adds: "(It is the) undisputed leader in synthetic urine... The prosthetic penis is very realistic and concealing is simple, while our quality production and materials assures you that the Whizzinator will let it flow again and again, anytime, anywhere you need it!"
