Gordon Ramsay's mistress Sarah Symonds wants to do a Rebecca Loos

Melbourne, Nov 25 : English chef Gordon Ramsay's alleged mistress Sarah Symonds is said to be desirous of having a TV career like Rebecca Loos.

UK publicist Max Clifford revealed that Symonds had come to him for advice earlier this year, as she was keen to launch a television career on the back of her book.

"She was talking about getting herself a television profile in much the same way as Rebecca Loos (former personal assistant to David Beckham, who famously had an affair with the soccer star)," the Daily Telegraph quoted him as having told the Daily Mail.

"She's articulate and intelligent and she's got it all worked out - she realised that this was her opportunity to launch herself like other people that have launched themselves out of scandals," he added.

Symonds, who is believed to have met Ramsay in 2001 at London's Chinawhite nightclub, wrote a book titled, 'Having an Affair? A Handbook for the Other Woman', in October 2007.

The book by the author, who had revealed her affair with Tory MP and author Jeffrey Archer, made such an impact that she was invited to talk on The Oprah Winfrey show.

The scandal has shaken Kitchen Nightmares star Ramsay's image as a devoted family man.
