Malappuram, Nov 23 (UNI) A student of a senior secondary school here was taken into custody today in connection with the bomb threat to the official residence of Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan.

Police said Nizam, a Plus one student and a native of Kottakkal in the district, was taken into the custody for questioning.

An anonmymous caller had informed the Police control room in Kozhikode over phone last evening that a bomb planted at the Cliff house, the official residence of the Chief Minister, would explode this morning.
