Muglai food festival at Islam gymkhana

Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) The 'Pista chicken' was unveiled at a Mughlai food festival, organised by the Islam Gymkhana at Marine Drive in south Mumbai today.

The festival, inaugurated by Gymkhana president Mr Zakaullah Siddiki, had stalls that offered succulent dishes from all-time favourites like Chicken Tikka biryani, Mutton Rogan Josh and Kasturi chicken.

The elite of the city was present on the occasion.

Chief Chef Akhtar Allahrakha said ''We have invited a number of the best chefs across the country to showcase their culinary skills to the people of city, who have a tradition of enjoying and appreciating the finer things in life.'' UNI ZC ZA SKB1926
