Zardari declares ''hand-off'' policy on Kashmir

New Delhi, Nov 22 (UNI) Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari today offered to take India-Pakistan relations to a ''new level,'' declared a ''hands off'' policy on Kashmir and proposed a South Asia Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and stepped up economic and trade relations like Europe between the two countries.

''We bring a message of peace and love from Pakistan. Inspite of problems, we have a great future together. I invite you to join us to outgrow the mindset which keeps us away from each other...We are standing here in hope and light of love..Let us embrace each other...We stand together and promise to take the friendly relations to a new level,'' the Pakistan President said in a brief address via satellite from Islamabad at the conclusion of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit here.
