Five election observers assume charge in 5 segments in Kupwara

Srinagar, Nov 17 (UNI) The Election Observers (EO) nominated by Election Commission of India (ECI) for five Assembly constituencies of Kupwara district formally assumed charge.

Officials said Mr Umar Jalil has been nominated EO for Karnah Assembly constituency while EO for Kupwara and Lolab Assembly constituencies is Mr Sudir Kumar, Mr Ananad Mohan Tiwari EO for Handwara and Langate Assembly constituencies.
