Everest Kanto board approves Rs 1,000-lakh investment in JV

New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd today said its board has approved investing up to Rs 1,000 lakh by equity or a loan in an equal joint venture with Distribuidora Shopping S A, Tomasetto Achilles group.

The proposed venture will be to assemble or to make compressed natural gas kits in the country with the Argentina-based company, it said in a statement.
