Advani congratulates ISRO scientists on Chandrayaan success

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition L K Advani tonight congratulated ISRO scientists for the successful placement of the Moon Impact Probe (MIP), carrying the country's National Flag, on the lunar surface, calling it a ''historic day''.

''Today is truly a historic day for India, a day to be recorded with golden letters. India's tri-colour has been implanted on the Moon, crowning Chandrayaan-1 with stupendous success,'' he said.
