Ganja worth Rs 50 lakh seized in AP

Visakhapatnam, Nov 9 (UNI) Police today seized 900 kg of ganja worth Rs 50 lakh from a van during routine raids at G K Veedhi junction in this district of Andhra Pradesh.

Police said the ganja was to be transported to Orissa from Rajahmundri.

The accused were identified as S Dasu (35) P Chinababu (46), D Ramaraju (46) V Rajababu (35) V Ramana(24) and G Koti(46).

They would be produced befor Anakapalli Court tomorrow, police added.
