Nair eleated over Chandrayaan achievement

Chennai, Nov 8 (UNI) Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman M Madhavan Nair described the Chandrayaan-I spacecraft entering the lunar orbit this evening as ''a significant achievement making India proud,'' ''This was one of the most precise operations the scientists have carried out,'' Mr Nair said reacting to the ambitious Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft entering the lunar orbit.

''I am happy the scientists have achieved this,'' the ISRO Chairman added.
