RBI cancelled registration of M/s Western Securities Ltd

Mumbai, Nov 6 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the certificate of registration granted to the city-based Western Securities Limited for carrying on business of a non-banking financial institution as the company has opted to exit from the business of a non-banking financial institution.

Following cancellation of the registration certificate, the company cannot transact the business of a non-banking financial institution, a release issued by RBI said.
