Fatehgarh Sahib, Nov 6 (UNI) District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum here has quashed decision of Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) of imposing Rs 51,270 penalty to a consumer.
A farmer Wajir Singh, a resident of village Hussanpur, Bassi Pathana has complained to Forum on June 19 this year and he has an electric connection for agriculture purpose and PSEB officials checked his premises on June 3, 2008.
