5 killed, 8 injured in road accident
Bangalore, Nov 6 (UNI) Five people were killed and eight seriously injured in a collision between a truck and three-wheeler in Harobelawadi village of Dharwad District today.
Police said the accident took place at about 0930 hrs on Dharwad-Savadatti State Highway.
They were travelling in the three-wheeler when the accident occurred.
The injured had been admitted to Government Hospital at Dharwad.
Among the eight injured, six, including two school children, were reportedly in a serious condition.
