AISF rally before Parliament on Lanka issue
Chennai, Nov 4 (UNI) The National Council of the All India Students Federation (AISF) will take out a massive rally to Parliament on November 14 demanding immediate halt to the killing of innocent Tamils in Sri Lanka and find a negotiated political settlement to the ethnic crisis.
AISF National Council General Secretary Vijayendra Kesari, in a statement here, said more than 2,000 students from Tamil Nadu and from other parts of India would assemble in New Delhi for the rally.
Leaders of Left parties, including Mr Bardhan and D Raja, would participate in the rally also organised to urge the Indian Government to stop all military assistance to Lanka besides condemning the attack on Minorities and commercialisation of educaton in India.
