Moulana Showket shifted to hospital in critical condition in J7K

Srinagar, Oct 30 (UNI) President of the Jamait-ul-Ahlehadees Moulana Showket Ahmad Shah was today shifted to Hospital in critical condition from Police station Sumbal.

Moulana Showket was arrested alongwith JKLF Chief Mohammad Yaseen Malik last week for their anti-poll campaign.

A JKLF spokesman this evening said Moulana Showket, a heart patient, complained chest pain in the police station.

He was immediately shifted to Sher-I-Kashmir Institute Of Medical Science (SKIMS) at Soura where he was under going treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Mr Malik who accompanied Moulana Showket was also examined by the doctors in the hospital.

However, he was later shifted to police station Sumbal.
