Haryana will demand its due share of water, Hooda
Chandigarh, Oct 26 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that, the state was getting its own share of water from Punjab and in future "we will continue to demand our due share".
Addressing a press conference at Nabha in Punjab, Mr Hooda said that Haryana was very much a part of the proposed Chandigarh Airport project at Mohali.
" As Chandigarh is the capital of both Haryana and Punjab so the two states were equally participating in setting up this airport", he added.
He said that with the coming up of this airport not only the residents of Chandigarh but also people from other adjoining states like Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh would be benefited.
