Naxalites march to protest Indo-US naval exercise

Kozhikode, Oct 25 (UNI) The Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) today flayed Congress-led UPA government at the Centre for undertaking a joint naval exercise with the US along the Goa coast.

Inaugurating a protest march to West Hill military barracks against the 'Malabar Exercise' party leader P C Unnichekkan said the joint scheme was a calculated move by the government to make the country a US defence partner, a release said.

Many party activists, including women, participated in the march, the release added.
