Pondy: MDMK protest against their leaders' arrest

Puducherry, Oct 25: The Puducherry unit of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) staged a demonstration at the old bus stand here on Saturday, Oct 25. The agitation was to protest the arrest of party leaders Vaiko and Kannappan on the issue of supporting LTTE and propagating armed struggle for Tamils in Lanka.

Party state convenor Manimaran led the agitation.
