3 killed, 5-yr-old injured in road accident

Nashik, Oct 25 (UNI) Three people, who were in an inebriated state, were killed and a five-year-old boy was injured, when their motorbike was hit by a truck near Rasegaon in Dindori taluka of the district late last evening.

According to police, the trio, along with the child, were on their way home in Pokalwadi taluka when a truck coming from Gujarat hit them.

The deceased were identified as Kantilal Rathod (24), Yogesh Kadam (25) and Anil Kunwar (22). Kantilal's son Rahul was admitted to a local hospital, police said.

Police have arrested driver of the truck Ishwar Asvaji (34), a resident of Karnataka.
