A wild animal kills 20 sheep in Kashmir
Srinagar, Oct 17 (UNI) A wild animal killed 20 sheep in the central Kashmir district of Ganderbal early this morning, official sources said.
They said a wild animal entered the cowshed of a villager Mohammad Ramzan at Vijpara, Sumbal, early this morning.
Before the house owner could do anything, the animal killed 20 sheep in the cowshed This is the second such incident in the valley when wild animal kill sheep.
However, more than a dozen people were killed or wounded by the wild animals in the valley during the past three months.
In retaliation, agitated villagers also killed three wild animals during the period.
