6 kids buried alive in Gwalior

Gwalior, Oct 9: Six children, including five girls, were buried alive after a hillock collapsed at this district's Sasan village today.

''The kids -- hailing from potters' families -- were at the spot to gather soil for household purposes,'' said Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Anil Singh Kushwah.

The deceased were identified as Bhavna, Sunita, Vandana, Roshni, Jitendra -- aged between 10 and 13 years -- and Rani Prajapati (16).
