BSF apprehends KLNLF cadres in Shillong

Shillong, Oct 2: The BSF jawans have apprehended four KLNLF cadres at Karbi-Anglong district of Assam on Monday, Sep 29.

According to BSF sources, the rebels were captured by the jawans of 80 BN deployed at Donkamokam.

Later, the insurgents confessed they were extorting money from the people for the underground outfit.

In another raid the BSF of Umkiang in Jaintia Hills district of Meghalaya seized 94 cattle heads worth for Rs 14,25,000 during smuggle out to Bangladesh.
