Mastermind of Benazir assassination dead
Islamabad, Oct 1: Pakistan famous Taliban commander Baitullah Mehsud, the alleged mastermind of Benazir Bhutto assassination died on Tuesday, Sep 30 after protracted illness, a media report said.
The Pakistan Tehrik-e-Taliban chief, was said to have been suffering from diabetes and hypertension, passed away on Tuesday, according to Pakistani media. Mehsud also suffered kidney problems. However, Taliban spokesersons have denied these reports as baseless. Mehsud, 35, a former physical instructor at a school had recently got married. Like his idol, Taliban leader Mullah Omar, Mehsud rarely allowed himself to be photographed or filmed.
