Karnataka Bank raises Rs 200 cr via tier-II bonds

New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Karnataka Bank Ltd today said it has raised Rs 200 crore by issuing unsecured non-convertible lower tier-II bonds.

''The company has raised the amount through the issue of unsecured non-convertible subordinated bonds (lower tier 2) bonds in the nature of debentures on private placement with a tenor of 10 years,'' it said in a statement.
